Educational Needs The objective of this session is to review current technology for imaging skin cancer and discuss future directions. Additional objectives are to identify various energy-based treatment modalities effective for treating skin cancer and determine unmet needs in the field.

Participants This session is meant for any physician, practitioner, or scientist that treats skin cancer or conducts research in the imaging and/or treatment of skin cancers.

Background Requirements A basic fundamental knowledge of skin cancer is helpful for attending this session.

Instructional Content/Expected Learning Objectives  At the end of this discussion, participants should be familiar with novel imaging technologies for imaging skin cancer. Participants should be aware of current energy-based treatment modalities and other modalities that may be available in the future.
