Our conference guide features all non-CME related content including exhibitors, sponsors, networking opportunities, and events. Distributed to every attendee, this publication will be an invaluable source of information throughout the conference as well as an important takeaway for future reference.
Advertising options in the conference guide include: A full or half page ad and/or a product highlight. Product highlight pages feature a maximum of five other products. Both are great opportunities to create awareness of your brand and drive conference attendees to your booth.
Commitments must be received by January 7, 2019.
Files are due no later than January 18, 2019.
Tote Bag Inserts and Door Drops
Help your message stand out to attendees through an insert in the attendee tote bag and/or via a door drop delivered to each attendee’s hotel room door. Company produces and ships the piece, ASLMS handles the distribution.
Commitments must be received by January 7, 2019.
Files for ASLMS approval are due no later than February 1, 2019.
