Our clinic is a medical spa located in San Diego, California, providing laser treatments and pharmaceutical skin care products. Treatments and services offered at our clinic include: Laser Hair Removal, Botox and Fillers (Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse) treatments, Photofacials Skin Rejuvenation, Spider vein treatment, Acne treatment and sclerotherapy.

Overview

Your chief responsibility is to perform laser hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, injectable treatments and other medical skin cosmetic services for our clients. This involves the mastery of numerous treatment modalities, and development of a deep understanding of treatment protocols and parameters. You will immediately be improving the quality of peoples' lives by helping them to feel better about the way they look! In addition, you are responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, such that clients not only continue with their initial treatment plans, but also expand their patronage of our clinic through additional treatments and through the referral of other potential clients to the center. As such, you will be tasked with setting a welcoming, professional tone, and with establishing a strong rapport and consultative relationship with clients.

Required Knowledge

Preferred candidates will possess knowledge of patient-focus medical esthetic procedures like Laser Hair Removal, Photofacials Skin Rejuvenation, Botox injection, Filler injections

Key Responsibilities
Perform treatments designed to repair and enhance our patient's skin · Insure consistent delivery of an exceptional patient experience · Provide effective consultations with clients · Utilize exceptional sales skills to convert clients to patients · Handle phone calls from marketing and ad campaigns · Handle product sales · Participate in networking/marketing events around the area · Follow up with existing patients, leads and clients

Qualifications

Experience in a medical esthetic field is a must · Experience with injectables (Botox and fillers ) required · Experienced esthetic nurse with a friendly personality and proper bedside manners · Highly organized, self motivated, ambitious, driven to excel · Team player and focused on the overall success of clinic · Willingness to self-educate and commit to continuous learning · Exceptional listening skills · Ability to anticipate, handle and overcome patient objections · Ability to manage client and patient expectations · Ability to connect with clients, establish friendly relationships immediately and build and maintain trust with customers · Ability to multi-task · Strong organizational and time management skills · Excellent customer service skills · Willing to work most weekdays with some weekends · High degree of integrity · Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (a plus) · Active license as a Registered Nurse or higher (RN or higher).

Clinical Trainers

We are currently searching for per diem Clinical Trainers in various locations throughout North America.

The Job:

• Provide in-service laser training to physicians, nurses and other allied health practitioners including theoretical and hands-on instruction on device operation and safe application to patients.
• Provide ad-hoc training to employees and new hires as requested.

The Requirements:    

• Superior Facilitation and presentation skills 
• Licensed RN (Registered Nurse) or similarly qualified health professional - Preferred
• Superb Customer service exposure and skills, preferably within the health and cosmetic
  industry

•  Experience in dermatology and/or plastic surgery

•  Computer skills, strong and clear communication and reporting skills

•  Previous laser experience is strongly preferred and there is extensive on-the-job training
   and education of Syneron products

 

The Working Conditions: 

• Because of the nature of Syneron’s activities and requirements, additional hours of work will be required and incumbent in this position is expected to provide this time in support of his/her responsibilities, beyond regular business hour
• Extensive traveling, mainly throughout the Region, is involved, to support all business and clinical activities of the Company
