Regarding Cancellation of the Annual Conference
Note: If you are serving in a special role in the conference, such as speaker, award recipient, exhibitor or sponsor, you will receive a separate communication from your ASLMS contact with cancellation details.
Canceling Your Hotel Room
If you booked within the ASLMS room block, there is no action you need to take to cancel your hotel room. The ASLMS will cancel all room-block reservations made at the Hyatt and Sheraton hotels. You do not need to call the hotel if you registered under the ASLMS room block.
If you did not book within the ASLMS room block, you need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation and that is subject to the cancellation policy provided when you confirmed the reservation.

If you booked your own hotel reservation at a place other than the Hyatt or Sheraton, you will need to contact the hotel directly for cancellation.
The ASLMS is not responsible for fees incurred from bookings made outside the ASLMS room block.
