Regarding Cancellation of the Annual Conference
Note: If you are serving in a special role in the conference, such as speaker, award recipient, exhibitor or sponsor, you will receive a separate communication from your ASLMS contact with cancellation details.
Registration Refunds
All ASLMS Annual Conference registration fees will be fully refunded. You do not need to take action.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to be processed.
- The refund will be issued using the same method in which the fees were paid, except for wire transfers. We will contact you in that instance.

There will be no cancellation fees.
- Confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to the email you used to register.
The email will come from: Auto-Receipt <noreply@mail.authorize.net>
- If you do not receive an email within 4 – 6 weeks, check your spam folder. If you still do not find it, please contact ASLMS.
