Planners
Course Directors
Selected by the ASLMS Program Chairs to develop the content and educational objectives for a particular course/workshop/special session they are assigned to direct. Also serve as Faculty speakers.
Section Chairs
Selected by the ASLMS Program Chairs to review submitted abstracts, create abstract session schedules and serve as lead moderators for the abstract sessions. Serve as primary session moderators.
Speakers
Faculty
Selected by the Course Directors to develop specific lecture content that will be part of a course/workshop/special session.
Special Invited Speakers
Invited by Program Chairs or Section Chairs to speak within a special session. Examples include: keynote speaker or a special invited speaker to enhance a particular event or abstract session.
Abstract Presenting Authors
PER REVIEW OF SUBMITTED ABSTRACTS
Selected per review by Section Chairs. Present an abstract study within a category session.
- If you have already submitted an abstract, case study, white paper or educational scholarship application and you wish to edit or review your submission - OR - if you are a co-author indicated on a submission and wish to submit your disclosures or review the submission, log in to the ABSTRACT SERVICE CENTER (Open until the abstract submission deadline).
Eposter Town Hall Presenting Authors
Selected by Section Chairs per review of submitted ePosters (submitted as ePoster only). Present an ePoster of an abstract study within the Town Hall session (limited number selected).
Non-Oral Presenters
ePoster Authors (electronic Display only)
Authors may either submit to ePoster Only category for abstracts or are referred to ePoster if not accepted for oral presentation in a main abstract session.
Speaker Service Center
Confirmed presenters will receive an invitation email that will include their user name and password to access the Speaker Service Center.
"Presenters" Include: Course Director, Faculty, Section Chairs, Abstract Presenting Authors (oral and ePoster), Special Speakers, Award Recipients (with oral presentation), and Panelists.

LOG IN TO THE SPEAKER SERVICE CENTER
