Grants and Awards

Each year, ASLMS recognizes outstanding research and achievements in our field. ASLMS awards grants to research projects which have a direct implication for medical or surgical applications in lasers and energy-based technologies. Honorary awards are given to Individuals who have made significant contributions to research, patient care or education.

Research Grants

The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc. (ASLMS) annually awards research projects designed to foster the development and use of lasers and other energy-based technologies in medical and surgical applications. In addition, as many as four student grants of $5,000 each may be awarded each year.
