Visiting Expert Program
The ASLMS Visiting Expert Program matches laser and energy-based device experts with educational institutions to provide lectures on cutting-edge research, device innovations, best practices, complications, and safety.

- With the Visiting Expert, agree on the number of lecture attendees, maximum and minimum
- Coordinate onsite logistics
- Promote the dates and times of the lecture
- If the lecture is onsite, if requested, assist the Visiting Expert in identifying transportation and lodging, and provide site details and paperwork
- If the lecture is virtual, provide platform, links, and supporting technical details
- Provide host site details and paperwork to the Visiting Expert
- Copy ASLMS on all correspondence with the Visiting Expert
- Prepare Visiting Expert critique forms for students and the institution to complete and submit to ASLMS
