The Annual Conference features a variety of special events to enhance your learning and networking experience. In addition to the educational programming, we offer a number of ways to engage and connect with the ASLMS community while at the conference, including evening events and activities in the exhibit hall.
Celebration of ASLMS Women in Energy-Based Devices

The 5th Annual Celebration of ASLMS Women in Energy-Based Devices will highlight networking and inspiration, with a focus on women from all specialties involved in ASLMS, which includes scientists, clinicians, allied health practitioners and women in the energy-based device industry.
The 2019 Celebration features speaker Suzanne L Kilmer, MD. The evening will also include an expert panel with opportunity for audience questions, plus the presentation of the ASLMS Leadership, Mentorship & Public Advocacy for Women in Medical Science award and new Early Career Development award.
All attendees are invited! Attendees will enjoy complimentary light hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages, drink tickets for the bar, and networking with peers and luminaries.

In addition to the Exhibit Hall Social, ASLMS will host its 14th annual auction to support research grants. New for 2019 is the addition of a live auction plus new electronic bidding for the silent auction via mobile app or kiosk in the Exhibit Hall. Proceeds from both support research. Live Auction will take place from 5:45 PM - 6:15 PM. Silent auction bidding closes at 6:30 PM followed by announcement of the winners. Learn more
